Problem

Balanced Comfort needed fresh Google Business Profile posts across multiple locations every day, but manual posting was slow and inconsistent. Duplicate job photos kept appearing, captions were often cut off mid-sentence, and local profiles looked spammy instead of professional—hurting trust and local visibility.

Solution

We built a daily AI automation that pulls completed ServiceTitan jobs, generates short local-friendly captions with Gemini, attaches unique job photos, and publishes to the correct Google Business Profile location. The system blocks reused images and captions, rejects truncated text before publish, auto-purges duplicate posts, and falls back to text-only when a photo can’t be verified as unique—so every location stays active without manual work.
