Most HVAC companies know they should post on Google. Almost none of them do it every day. Someone has to pull a job photo, write a caption that is not cut off mid-sentence, and hit publish on the right location. That is a lot of clicks for something customers barely notice — until the profile goes quiet.
For Balanced Comfort we wired the boring parts together. When a job closes in ServiceTitan, a small pipeline writes a short local caption, checks the photo has not been used before, and publishes to that location’s Google Business Profile. If the caption is truncated or the photo is a duplicate, it does not go out.
That is the whole product. No dashboard the office manager has to live in. Just profiles that still look active on a Tuesday in Fresno when nobody on the team opened Google.
If you are sitting on finished work and a stale Google page, you probably do not need a marketing retainer. You need the posting to happen as a side effect of the job already being done.
